So yesterday and the day before that Lee Brimlow of gotoandlearn and flash evangelist for adobe, posted two videos of a pre-release version of flash CS5. As soon as Apple hears the word flash, they flip their shit. They think that flash will allow people to do unthinkable things on the iphone like watch movies or listen to music! you know things you can already do on it now. Adobe feels differently about this, they think that flash and the iphone are perfect for each other. Imagine the amount of games that would open up on the iphone and media streaming applications that could be developed. Apple has clearly stated that having flash in the browser would bring the iphones battery and resources to their knees. Adobe was like ok, “well will you at least work with us to rectify these issues?” and apple turned a frown and said hell no. So what did adobe do? they went ahead and worked on it anyway.

Incase you missed it this year was the first Wordpress inspired conference known as Wordcamp. Wordcamp orlando 2009 was a big hit, a lot of local agencies made an appearance, along with fellow freelancers and I’m sure a few interested bystanders. The entire core team was present including the co-founder Matt Mullenweg. The core team gave a range or seminars and talks on true insight on the Wordpress initiative.
This site was developed in Wordpress as a CMS with best coding practices including Valid XHTML / CSS. The Site was designed on a Apple in Adobe Illustrator, layout was then sliced and optimized in Adobe Photoshop. Last.FM icons by Komodo Media.
